Since the items are custom made, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

If you need to cancel the order, cancellation is allowed within 3 days of order or before we start making your item, whichever is earlier. If you paid with PayPal, we will deduct US$0.30 from the refund (because PayPal charges us that amount for each refund transaction).
